We are looking for a Senior User Researcher to become part of the Product UX Team. We really care about delivering an amazing user experience. And for that we are looking for a team member who helps us find answers to make our platform better.  Your key goal will be to drive user research where you see gaps to identify new opportunities for Ricardo as well as support the product managers and designers finding answers to actual open questions. 

This is a varied role which requires a mix of customer focus, creative talent, process understanding, hunger and passion. You will work in close collaboration with cross functional disciplines bringing our product to the next level. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow from a very talented and dynamic international team.

You will have:

  • Knowledge of qualitative & quantitative research methods
  • Experience in basic data analytics with Google Analytics / Tableau / Big Query
  • Senior experience of setting up, executing and consolidating various user research techniques
  • Experience guiding and advise Product Managers and Designers to plan the right research method for the right situation
  • Ability to put user research on the agenda in the company
  • A self-drive to plan user research where it makes sense
  • Skills to setup and organize user research independently
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively research results
  • Experience managing design roadmaps
  • A passion for online marketplaces 
  • Experience with web and mobile experiences
  • Strong communicator with the team and other stakeholders in English
  • Great team player qualities - transparent, collaborative attitude
  • Resourceful and independent – can work to deadlines and standards with a minimum of supervision
  • Knowledge of (Swiss) German is mandatory for engagement with our customers
